What's Included
Please contact groups@skimarmot.com to secure your groups date and time. Final meal and participation details are required to be completed and sent back to the team a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the groups arrival.
- Your group must have a minimum of 10 youth each day to qualify
- Mandatory safety talk sent prior to arrival
- Personal Alpine Responsibility Code cards sent prior to arrival for each youth
- One Stop Shopping for pre-booked lift tickets, rentals, and lessons - all organized and ready when your group arrives at the mountain
- Staggered lesson start times to avoid crowds
- Ideal terrain for everyone - novice, intermediate, and expert runs can be found off every lift
- Our easy to navigate layout with runs that all lead to the base of the mountain makes it easy to keep an eye on everyone in your group so no one gets lost
- Marmot Basin is one of the least crowded ski areas of its size in all of North America, giving your group plenty of room to ski
- Great packaged lunch options
- One complimentary chaperone/adult ticket (rentals not included) per 10 paid youth, up to a maximum of two complimentary tickets.
- Additional chaperones (adults) pay the same rate as youth, at a ratio of 1 paid adult per 5 paid youth.
- Additional adults beyond the 1:5 ratio will receive regular lift rate with 15% off
Please note:
- Helmets are mandatory for ALL participants in youth group lessons. We offer free youth helmet rentals in our rental shop.
- No outdoor food is permitted inside our facilities. Cash, credit, and debit are accepted at our food & beverage services. For those who wish to bring their own food Jim’s Den is available, located at mid mountain.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- School details including the number of participants, rental sizing, ski/snowboard discipline, and ability levels are due a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the group’s arrival. Late details may result in an altered or unavailable lesson slot, rental availability, and/or additional setup fees.
- As of 48 hours prior to the group's arrival all submitted group information is final. Changes to lessons and rentals within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of a group’s arrival date are subject to a 40% cancellation fee (from the total invoice cost).
- Cancellations within 48 hours of a group’s arrival date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee (from the total invoice cost).
- Cancellations caused due to inclement weather, transportation, or other factors may be eligible to have the cancellation fee waived. This is at Marmot Basin’s discretion.
