There is no capacity limit for how many skiers and snowboarders we welcome onto our slopes and we have implemented responsible safety practices that allow Marmot Basin to accommodate all those interested in visiting. However, we encourage you to save yourself time getting to the mountain by hopping aboard Live It UP’s weekend Jasper to Marmot Basin motor coach shuttle service. Visit the Live It Up website for rates, safety precautions, availability and to book your seat prior to your trip.
Keep in mind, while Marmot Basin does not require you to reserve a spot on the mountain, Live It UP does require pre-booking on their shuttles due to limited seating available.

Starting March 28, join our certified Snow School instructors in our non-competitive spring ski and snowboard clubs. Master your skills or learn to ski and snowboard from scratch. There are ski and snowboard programs for all ages and all abilities.
Spread your sessions out over 4 weekends or accelerate your learning and take part in our 4 consecutive day program from March 29 to April 1.

Explore all the Marmot Basin has to offer and submit your footage to us on Instagram between March 19 and April 4 to win! Use any natural or man-made features around Marmot Basin and gather video footage catching air, doing tricks or showing off your unique style for our judges. Skiers and snowboarders of all ages are encouraged to participate. Bonus points for creativity and exploring everything the mountain has to offer!
