Season Pass Terms and Conditions of Use:
The issuance of a season pass and each passholders’ use of Ski Marmot Basin LP facilities is subject to the prior completion of a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (“Release Agreement”) by each passholder or in the event of a minor, their legal guardian.
The season pass is the property of RMSI-JTAC EQUIPMENT HOLDINGS LTD o/a Ski Marmot Basin LP and is revocable for misconduct, misuse and/or breach of these terms or the Alpine Responsibility Code.
Season passes are not transferable between individuals and are for use solely by the named individual(s) whose photograph has been provided and assigned at the time of purchase. Season passes cannot be resold (including on any online platforms such as Facebook groups).
The passholder is responsible and liable for any misuse of their pass while the pass is not in their possession unless the pass has been reported as lost or stolen prior to the misuse. The passholder is responsible for reporting a lost or stolen season pass. Replacement cards are available from Guest Services for a $6.00 (+GST) fee (upon presentation of a valid government issued photo ID). Penalties will apply to the passholder for breach of the above conditions, including but not limited to suspension or termination of skiing privileges and fines. Season pass refunds or credits will not be issued.
Season passes are only valid for the season (November, 2024 – May, 2025) they are purchased for.
Ski Marmot Basin does not guarantee ski area or weather conditions, lifts operating or open runs.
Ski Marmot Basin’s interpretation of the conditions is final
Season Pass Refund Policy:
No Questions Asked 100% Refund
Prior to opening day all season pass purchases are eligible for a 100% refund. On or after opening day refund requests will only be considered for Medical Reasons or Employment Transfer. After opening day refunds are calculated based on days used, as determined by Ski Marmot Basin’s electronic data collection and the date the application for a refund was received by Ski Marmot Basin, less a $45 (+GST) administration fee per pass. Any refund amount will follow the posted percents in the Refund Schedule.
Medical Reason Refund
- The passholder must provide a doctor’s certificate stating the date of illness/injury, type of injury, initial treatment date and estimated time of recovery.
- The injury must prevent skiing or snowboarding for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
- One additional related claimant is eligible for a refund if they choose to cease participation.
Employment Transfer Refund
- The passholder’s employer requires an involuntary transfer at least 300 km from Ski Marmot Basin.
- The passholder must provide a letter from the employer stating the location, start date and the length of relocation.
Any circumstances outside these criteria will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Passholders must submit a written request with supporting documentation to the Guest Services department at Ski Marmot Basin. All refund decisions are final and subject to the discretion of Ski Marmot Basin LP based on interpretation of the above conditions.

Payment Plan Refunds
Fully paid season passes purchased on payment plans are eligible for refunds in accordance with the aforementioned conditions.
For refund requests on season passes that have not been fully paid, the following will apply:
- Before opening day - full refund of payments received, less a $45 (+GST) administration fee per pass.
- After opening day - no refund will be provided for season passes that have not been paid in full.
