Reload Lift Tickets
RFID is a fast, efficient way to purchase tickets and use the lifts at Marmot Basin. Reload your card online so you can skip the ticket windows and go straight to the lifts when you arrive at the mountain.
Reload Online:
- To reload a card online that you purchased in person, create an account in our online store.
- Once you're logged in to your account, enter the reload number on the back of your card to purchase tickets.
- Your ticket will be automatically loaded onto your card so you can go straight to the lifts.
To Reload in person:
- Visit the Marmot Town Store in Jasper at 611 Patricia Street
- Stop by the ticket windows at the mountain.
RFID tickets from other resorts cannot be re-used at Marmot Basin.
RELOAD YOUR ESCAPE CARD
If you already have a Marmot Escape Card, reload your half price tickets online and then head straight to the lifts when you arrive at the mountain.
Reload Online:
- If you purchased your card at the mountain you need to create a password to reload online.
- Sign in to our online store and find your account using your details to reset your password.
- To reload online you must have a complete profile including your basic information and a clear, passport-style photo.
- Your tickets will automatically be loaded onto your card so you can go straight to the lifts.
To Reload in person:
- Visit the Marmot Town Store in Jasper at 611 Patricia Street
- Stop by the ticket windows at the mountain.
How Does RFID Work?
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) consists of a small circuit integrated into your Season Pass, Escape Card or lift ticket.
When you pass through the the lift line, this circuit will register and automatically open an access gate for hands free, streamlined lift access.
It's quick, efficient and hands-free!
RFID Tips
- Stow your RFID card on your left side, ideally in your left sleeve pocket.
- Keep mobile devices and credit cards away from your RFID card.
- Keep your card and reload tickets online every time you visit Marmot Basin.
- Keep your card safe - it doesn’t need to leave your pocket!
