Not only does April bring great spring skiing, but from April 12 - 21, 2024 Marmot celebrates Proud Peaks as part of Jasper's Pride Festival! A host of fun events take place across the mountain to celebrate Pride, and there is something for everyone! Check out the events below and make sure you don't miss out.
- Proud Peaks – Munchies Animal Adventure – April 12 to 21
- Munchie, the Marmot mascot is looking for his furry friends! Download the map for this scavenger hunt and find each of Munchie’s friends someone on our beginner terrain. Each animal has a clue, rearrange the words to find your last location!
- Proud Peaks – Onesie Day – April 13
- Wear your brightest ski suit or costume for an epic day of spring skiing! Participants can get a prize from the Marmot Basin Group Sales Desk.
- Proud Peaks – Free S’mores – April 13th
- Grab your free s’mores kit from the team at mid-mountain and get toasty around the firepit.
- Proud Peaks – Après Ski at Marmot Basin – April 13/14, April 18/20
- Après at the highest base elevation of any major ski area in Canada with live music, food, and drink specials from 2:00pm – 4:00pm.
- Proud Peaks – Ski Parade – April 20th
- Dress up in your best and brightest costumes and be sure to bring Pride flags! Holler and cheer as we ski the Pride Flag from the mid-mountain chalet to the lower mountain.
- Proud Peaks - Pride Performances - April 20th
- Join us on the Coca-Cola Deck at the Caribou Chalet for some loud and proud performances! BBQ starts at 12:00pm and performers start at 1:00pm. As this event is at the lower chalet, you do not need a valid lift ticket to join us!
