The 2021/2022 season has seen a lot of changes. We've implemented a new online store, and RFID to all tickets and passes. Switching to a new system can be tricky at first. If you're having trouble purchasing lift tickets online, watch the video below.

We're going to cover today how to purchase lift tickets online.
Select the lift ticket category from the dropdown at the top.
And select Lift Ticket from the left hand side.
Here you'll be taken to our pricing calendar.
You can see that you save 10% on weekends and 15% to ski midweek.
Select the date you wish to ski to continue.
Here you have another opportunity to change the age restrictions for you product or to add multiples to your cart.
You can select a number of days up to five.
And ensure that you have the correct date selected for your ticket.
Once ready, click Add To Cart.
Before checking out, add any other remaining purchases or tickets to your card.
Once all items have been added to your cart, verify the age is the number of days and the start date for your tickets.
And click Checkout.
Within the checkout screen, at the assign stage is where you assign group members.
You will note that not all group members are shown.
This is due to the age restrictions.
That were mentioned in the My Account video.
Once all of your lift tickets have been assigned to the correct individual, click Continue to proceed.
Marmot Basin has switched to RFID for the 2021 2022 season.
RFID is a wireless card that reads and opens the lift access gates through your jacket.
The best way to explain it is that your RFID card is your lift ticket.
At this stage you will be able to select whether you need a new card.
Or reload an existing card.
Once you have received your RFID card.
Keep it and reload it for free online.
At this stage you have the opportunity to confirm your order.
Double check the dates, ages, purchase amounts.
Enter your payment and information to continue.
Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation screen and confirmation email.
Use the barcode from your confirmation email at our pick up boxes.
To collect your RFID cards and hit the slopes.
