The 2021/2022 season has seen a lot of changes. We've implemented a new online store, and RFID to all tickets and passes. Switching to a new system can be tricky at first. If you're having trouble purchasing Escape Card tickets online, including junior tickets, watch the video below.

Once you have purchased your Marmot Basin escape card, return to the main page to begin shopping for you Escape Card lift tickets.
On escape card lift ticket, click Shop Now.
Marmot Basin escape card holders are entitled to 50% off lift tickets all season long.
You will note as well here in the text that tickets are valid for any day in the twenty 2021/22 season.
This means that when you are selecting items for your cart, you do not need to select a date.
You can select up to 10 tickets in one transaction.
Keep in mind if you have, for example, 5 escape cardholders and you were looking to do 3 days each, that does exceed the cart quantity, so you may need to do a second purchase.
Once you have selected the desired quantity, click Add To Cart.
We always recommend adding all desired purchases to your cart prior to clicking checkout.
This ensures that you only need to check out once.
What we'll do before we check out is we will look at the Marmot Junior Escape lift tickets.
Click Shop Now under Escape Junior Lift ticket.
Escape Card holders received 20% off full price junior tickets.
This discount has been applied in advance to save you the hassle.
Please note that escape junior tickets are still date specific.
Select the date you wish to attend and click Add To Cart once complete.
Once you have reviewed the items in your cart. Click Checkout.
As we've mentioned in our other videos, you are now at the assign stage.
This is where you assign your group members to the tickets.
Select the name from the dropdown list and select the group member.
If, for example, you are trying to attach a group member to a ticket, but you are unable to do so, be sure that you have chosen the correct age category for your ticket and that the purchaser who is looking to buy the escape card tickets is also an escape card holder.
Once products have been assigned, click Continue.
Note that for the Marmot Junior, all juniors and all ticket holders require an RFID card.
Your RFID card should be treated as your lift ticket.
All of these lift tickets that we will load today will be loaded onto an RFID ticket to allow you direct to lift access.
At this stage, if you have an existing card, please reuse your card, select Reload Media, which you'll note is free.
There is a short waiver for escape lift tickets. Please read, review, and sign the waiver once complete.
Once the green checkbox has been illuminated, click Continue.
Enter your payment information, billing address and select Continue.
You will then see the confirmed screen and you will receive a confirmation email to your inbox.
Use the barcode at the bottom of this confirmation email to collect your junior Escape media.
Note that when you're picking up your Escape Card lift ticket, this ticket does not actually have a card associated to it.
Use the confirmation that you received from your escape card purchase to receive your Escape Card from our mobile pick up boxes.
