Accessible for all ability levels
- Marmot's well-designed layout makes for an easy day riding with friends and family. With various runs available from all chair lifts and accessible stops at mid-mountain and mountain base, everyone can enjoy their ride and the on-mountain facilities. Ski straight from the car, ride the chair lift together and meet up for a refreshment after a busy day shredding the slopes.
Great terrain for beginner riders
- Never tried skiing or snowboarding before? Fear not, because Marmot has a variety of beginner grade terrain that is perfect to learn on! Ride on gently graded slopes or take a lesson with the resort's well-trained instructors and before you know it, you'll be conquering the rest of the mountain!

Uncrowded slopes
- Marmot Basin prides itself on offering some of the most uncrowded slopes and shortest lift lines in the Canadian Rockies. Don't spend half the day waiting to get up the hill when you could be gliding down it! Enjoy wide open spaces to practice turns, perfect your technique and ski or snowboard as a group.
Easy access to Jasper and Jasper National Park
