Lost & Found

Lost something? We can help!

Lost & Found

Lost and found is stored at the rental shop for varying amounts of time.

Items of great value such as keys, phones, wallets and medication are taken directly to guest services, and will be kept as long as we deem necessary. If they are not claimed within a reasonable timeframe they will be brought to the RCMP station in Jasper.

Snowboards, skis, poles, and helmets are kept for 2 months.

Smaller items such as gloves, goggles, water bottles, etc. will be kept for 1 week.

It is always best to first check the area in which you lost the item (cafeteria, lift etc.) as items are only brought to the rental shop at the end of each night.
