Marmot Basin has a large fleet of modern, well maintained rental equipment and trained technicians to help outfit you!
- Standard Package: This includes our entry-level gear, which is perfect for beginner to intermediate skiers and snowboarders. It’s great for those who are just starting out or looking for a more budget-friendly option.
- High-Performance Package: This option includes higher-end gear, offering better performance, especially for intermediate to advanced skiers or snowboarders. The skis or boards are more responsive, and you’ll notice a difference in your overall ride, especially on varied terrain or in fresh powder.
To reserve rental equipment, Click Here or give us a call at 1-780-852-3816. Online rental reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. This ensures your rentals are ready to go when you arrive and our team will have you out on the mountain that much quicker!
Missed the 48 hour deadline? No problem! Rentals are still available - pop into our rental shop on your arrival to the mountain, and our staff will be happy to assist you.
Our Rental Department also houses our Repair shop, where technicians are available all day to assist with repairs, waxing and tuning.

Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the payment desk; this is to ensure that the equipment is returned to the rentals department.
There are two ways you can leave your security deposit: Credit Card Imprint (the card is not charged unless you would like to use the credit card for payment) or a Debit Deposit (the deposit is refunded upon return of the rental equipment).

Damage Fee
- We highly recommended adding the damage fee option to your rental equipment.
- The Accidental Damage Fee covers you for any damage that may occur.
- Make sure you’re covered for a worry-free day of skiing or riding.
Full Terms and Conditions
- This damage fee applies any damage that may occur to your rental skis or snowboard when you are out on the mountain.
- The damage fee does not cover lost, or stolen equipment. Lost or stolen equipment will be charged to the renter.
