Terms and Conditions

1. This card is non-transferable and non-refundable
2. A "Family" means a group of persons living together and forming one domestic unit under circumstances or conditions that the one or two adult (18 years +) head(s) of the group is/are under a duty or obligation to provide economic or financial support to the other members in whole or in part, and each other member of the group is economically and financially dependent on the head(s) of the group for such support. Any adults other than the one or two head(s) must be "Students" as defined by Marmot Basin to qualify for the Marmot-Jasper Family Card program
3. A "Student" means a person 24 years of age or younger in full time attendance at an accredited educational institution who presents acceptable identification to Marmot Basin confirming his/her status
4. This offer is not valid without presentation of this card at the Ticket Office at Marmot Basin
5. Not valid with any other discount or package offer including Jasper in January
6. Valid from November 1, 2012 to October 31, 2013 at Marmot Basin and participating merchants
7. Lost card is the responsibility of the cardholder.
8. Card can only be used by Family Members who purchased this card
