SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities will include:
  • Generating sales by establishing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients through direct sales calls and ongoing follow up. Clients include, but are not limited to, corporate groups, associations, schools, youth groups, tour operators, wholesalers, ski shops and travel agents
  • Maintain an up to date client database
  • Provide regular reports to the Vice President, Marketing and Sales
  • Conduct public relations and promotional activities as required
  • Travel within the regional marketplace and elsewhere on a regular basis
The successful candidate will require:
  • Proven sales success in a related business
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Adequate skill of either skiing or snowboarding

Payroll & Accounting Clerk

Marmot Basin is currently seeking a Payroll & Accounting Clerk.


Responsibilities will include:
  • Invoice verification, coding and entry
  • Cheque run processes
  • Payroll preparation
  • Other accounting as needed
Qualifications: The successful candidate will require:
  • payroll experience
  • Working knowledge of accounting software
  • Strong Excel knowledge
